The arts, creativity and culture are well embedded into Mayfield’s values. As well as our schemes of work that develop a progression of knowledge, skills and understanding for arts and cultural subjects across all phases, connections are made across the curriculum and the arts are used to support other learning. We also strive to ensure that there are an extensive range of diverse arts experiences and performance opportunities for our pupils at Mayfield.

Mayfield is currently working towards the GOLD Artsmark award as the process is proven to support pupil outcomes and wellbeing through arts, culture and creativity, retention and confidence, and whole school improvement.
Mayfield has also committed to the Ealing Arts Charter as we value creativity as an essential life skill that enables all children and young people to thrive professionally, personally, socially and economically in the modern world.
